This quick and easy Healthy Egg Roll in a Bowl recipe is low carb, high protein, and made with simple ingredients in 15 minutes or less.
1. Turn your burner on medium heat and add your Olive Oil into a large stovetop pan or skillet
2. Put your Ground Meat into your pan or skillet and brown it while doing your best to break it up as small as you can
3. As it's browning add in your Garlic, Onion, and Pepper
4. Once browned, turn your burner down to low heat
5. Add in the rest of your ingredients
6. Mix everything around and let it cook for 5-10 minutes or until it's as tender as you want it to be
7. Optionally add in some Green Onion, Sesame Seeds, Hot Sauce, or Hard Boiled Eggs!
